This issue started when I tried to add items over $1 to get the deal for free Medium fries. I added a caramel Sundae and for whatever reason the app wouldn’t show the checkout cart at the bottom. I tried clearing the cache of the app, I tried force closing it and restarting the iPhone yet none of that worked.
This is what worked for me:
- Just uninstall the app, reinstall it and login again. The checkout cart magically shows up afterwards for some reason.
I couldn’t pinpoint what exactly caused it to not show the checkout button and I tried replicating this on an Android phone too but I couldn’t. I’m assuming if you have an Android phone uninstalling and reinstalling the app will solve the issue as well if somehow you can replicate the issue on an Android. However after some research this seems to be primarily an iOS and iPhone issue.
